Today is about identifying your "competitors". Having a healthy competition with others who are in a similar position that you are in helps keep you motivated. You can also learn a lot from your competitors by seeing what they do to bring people to their blog or seeing how they engage with people on their blog in order to guarantee repeat "customers".
You can find your "competitors" by seeing who else your readers follow, check out blogs who have similar stats as you, and search your own keywords to see what pops up.
Follow your competitors and learn from them. See what works well with their readers and try to adapt that to your blog if you're struggling. Don't compare their success with yours, though, because you'll be setting yourself up to fail. Focus on what you can do to continue to be their "competition" and put that into your blog.
