IF YOU WERE TO GET A TATTOO, WHAT WOULD IT
SAY OR WHAT WOULD THE GRAPHIC BE? OR IF YOU
HAVE A TATTOO, SHARE A PICTURE AND ITS
MEANING. – SUGGESTED BY SECOND RUN REVIEWS.

The rose and hearts on my neck matches a tattoo my mom has on her shoulder. There are four hearts. One for me, my mom, my dad, and my daughter.

The sparrows have double meaning. Sailors used to get a sparrow tattooed on their chest for crossing the equator and coming back home. Sparrows also mate for life and are used to represent true love. While I've never crossed the equator, at the time that I got the first sparrow I was a recovering drug addict. My sparrows represent my addiction and the recovery from it. They also sort of represent my belief in true love.

(Please excuse the sunburn. USE SUNSCREEN!)

I'd like to say there's really deep meaning behind this one but there's not. I just thought it was badass. But since there's a girl skull and boy skull you could say they represent me and my husband. Sounds good, right? ;)

My daughters initials and birthday. I don't regret this tattoo but I do regret who I let do it and the way it turned out. It's definitely a reminded that you get what you pay for!

I plan on getting more but tattoos are expensive and...priorities.

#Feature & Follow Friday - Hard Print or Kindle/Nook?

This is my second Feature and Follow  Friday! I would do more but I always seem to forget until it's Sunday and then it's too late. I love reading the Feature and Follow posts because they always feature cool bloggers and I love the questions because, let's just be honest, I'm nosey and I like to know what other people are thinking and doing with their life.

You can check out the featured blogger, find out how FF works, and read up on the rules here.

This Weeks Question:
Hard print (real thing) or Kindle/Nook, which is your favorite?

I will always choose the real thing over an e-book any day! Before I started blogging I wouldn't even touch an e-reader. I like being able to hold the book in my hand and thumb the pages while I read. BUT I have grown quite fond of the Kindle app on my phone. I love being able to pick up my phone at any time and have a book right there at my fingers. Especially when I'm somewhere I don't want to be or my social anxiety is kicking in. I can sit and read and calm myself down. Not too mention I have become addicted to free books on Kindle. I have as much trouble saying "NO" to the free Kindle books as I do the review books from NetGalley and Edelweiss. I guess I'm a bit of a book slut, I'll take it anyway I can get it.

Feature & Follow Blog Hop

I joined a blog hop in order to connect with more bloggers. Since this blog is so new, I feel like the new kid at school that sits in the corner and just kind of stares at everyone hoping that I'll overhear someone talk about something I have interest in too. I figured that a blog hop was the best way to stop sitting in the blog corner.

And this blog hop seems really cool because they post questions for everyone to answer each week. This week's question is to create an ad for the qualities and qualifications of your perfect co-blogger. This blog is so new that I don't think I have a need for a co-blogger but it is an interesting concept to think about it.

Question of the Week
